Opportunities to Serve

We believe one of the best ways to live the Life Christ wants us to live is to serve. Jesus says in Matthew 20:28

"...the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve and to give His life as a ransom for many.”

and Peter says in 1 Peter 4:10-11

"As everyone has received a gift, even so serve one another with it, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God. If anyone speaks, let him speak as the oracles of God. If anyone serves, let him serve with the strength that God supplies, so that God in all things may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom be praise and dominion forever and ever. Amen."

We have a number of opportunities to serve

Agape Ave.

Agape Ave. is our mission center to our community. The Mission center currently meets twice a week. We meet on Friday evenings from 6:30pm- 9:00pm offering coffee and resources to our community. We also meet on Sunday mornings at 11:00am with biscuits and gravy with other various breakfast items. We live stream the sermon so that those who attend hear the word of God preached in a setting that is comfortable and not "churchy." See Holly Kinner for more details

 Word Community leaders

Word Communities are communities that are built around the Word of God. We are always looking for people who are called to lead these smaller communities of people in all stages of life. These communities are more than bible studies but people who "do life together." See one of the pastors for more information

Youth

Our youth and childrens ministries are very important to us because we know they are the next generation of disciples of Christ. Our children's ministry are called "K'Motion and covers grades K-5th. For the older youth (6th-12th) we have B.L.A.S.T. our youth Group. For more information see Justin and Wendy Dickerson.
